Refund & Cancellation Policy

1) Scope

This policy applies to consulting services provided by Daemeon Strategy under signed Statements of Work (SOWs) or order forms.

2) Cancellation Terms

Unless your SOW states otherwise, either party may cancel after the initial service period with thirty (30) days written notice. Services remain billable during the notice period.

3) Refund Policy

• Monthly retainers are non-refundable once the initial service period has started, except in case of billing error.
• Prepaid amounts for future service periods may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis under the terms of your contract.
• Tooling, domain, and third-party pass-through costs are generally non-refundable once incurred.

4) Pause and Resume

Engagement pauses must be requested in writing. We will confirm whether advisory support or consulting deliverables work continues during pause periods, based on your agreed scope.

5) Billing Disputes and Chargebacks

In case of billing disputes, we encourage contacting us first so we can resolve the issue quickly.

6) Outcomes Disclaimer

Daemeon Strategy provides professional consulting services. Results vary, and specific outcomes are not guaranteed and are not grounds for automatic refund.
